We arrange a wide variety of different types of personal insurance with many different insurers so we recommend in the first instance that you refer to the paperwork we have sent you.

Please refer to the policy booklet or the policy summary which will contain a page headed 'How to Claim' (or similar). This will give specific telephone numbers for you to contact, with many insurers having a 24-hour claims helpline number. When you call them please ensure you have your policy number to hand.
