refer to the policy document or policy summary (for personal
insurances). There is normally a heading ‘How to Claim’ which
provides specific telephone numbers to contact
Many insurers include details of a 24-hour claims helpline number.
(Please ensure you have your policy number available).
- If you would like to speak to a member of our customer
relations team to notify us of your claim, please call us between
9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
Our Personal Lines team can also be contacted on Saturdays between
8:30am and 1pm.
